- There is no charge to open an account and you will benefit
by quicker checkout procedures. In addition we will notify you of new titles
and sale events.
- Payment
- Payment will be via Credit Card (American Express, Visa,
Mastercard) or by cheque. This is a secure site. Your credit card will not be
charged until the shipment is made. If you wish to pay by check, we will not
ship until we have the check.
- Our Procedures
- Select a book.
- Place your order by adding to the shopping cart.
- When done, check your order by clicking on the "Basket
Contents".
- If your order is correct, click on "Checkout".
- There you will have three options:
- Log into an existing account.
- Create an account.
- Order without an account.
- If you order without an account the following will
occur.
- You will be asked to enter your name and address. If you have
no entry for a required field e.g. State/Province, enter N/A.
- The next screen asks for shipping and payment type (check or
credit card)
- The next screen for payment details: check no or credit card
information.
- Next a Thank you screen with an order number.
- You will receive an automatic email confirming your order.
Please let us know if you do not receive this confirmation.
- Subsequently, the Institute will send you an email with the
shipping date and any adjustments in shipping. Your final OK will be required
before the shipment is actually made.
